What a fun weekend I had at the studio, photographing a whole bunch of kids, moms, and families! It was busy but sure a lot of fun to meet some new people, greet some new additions, and see how much other kids have grown since last summer or fall! Keep watch in the next day or two as I post a few highlights from each session.
Thank you so much again to everyone who participated! I plan to make it an annual event and will likely do several 'mini sessions' with various themes throughout the year since they were such a big hit. If anyone has any suggestions or feedback for future mini session events I will gladly welcome it. Have a great rest of the weekend and keep watch for those pics!
My style has been described as lifestyle and editorial in nature. Sessions are fun, photos are modern, people are relaxed, and wonderful memories are made. I place an emphasis on connections, interactions, and relationships. The stuff of life and love. Although I specialize in portraiture of families and children of all ages, I do a fair amount of commercial work to include headshots, product, and architecture.

A few ideas for other mini sessions...
Something with Dads (of course)
On location at various places...the zoo, a park, the beach, etc.
Pics with Santa...do it early so it can be a Christmas Card
